1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the REVA™ Study Bible application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

REVA™ Study Bible is a mobile application that provides Bible reading, guided study tools, AI-assisted study features, note-taking, and community study group functionality. The App includes both free and premium (Pro) features.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to provide study tools including passage explanations, cross-references, original language analysis, and guided study questions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a study aid only and does not constitute theological authority, pastoral counsel, or doctrinal teaching.
• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying information against trusted theological sources.
• The AI does not represent the views of any church, denomination, or theological tradition.
• The App is not a substitute for personal Bible study, pastoral guidance, or the leading of the Holy Spirit.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, manipulate AI responses, or abuse the AI features.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users in study groups or community features.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App or its AI features.

6. Intellectual Property

The REVA™ Study Bible app, including its design, code, the REVA™ method, and original content, is the intellectual property of REVA Digital LLC. REVA™ and the REVA™ method are trademarks of REVA Digital LLC. Bible text is provided under the respective translation licenses. Study notes and content you create remain your intellectual property, though you grant us a license to store and display it within the App's features (such as group studies).

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium (Pro) features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Refunds are handled by the respective app store.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings, which will remove your personal data from our systems.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
